The value for money at Hotel Am Fjord was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff treated us with friendliness and politeness. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city.

Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider selection.

It is a hotel with the facilities we needs in the centrum of Flensburg when we need a cheap hotel placed in the middle of the city

Location very good. Breakfast very god. No traffic noise (room towards the yard). Ok for a short trip to Felnsburg.

Room "refurbished" (2 single made into 1 double) but visuel on cieling an floor. Floor uneven end with holes under the carpet. Carpet worn. Beds far to soft. Rooms not soundproof. Funny smell.

The rooms were new, nicely furnished, and had comfortable beds. Despite being small, they were cozy and utilized the space smartly. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service from the moment we arrived until we left. We especially enjoyed the amazing breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel, close to the fjord, allowed us to enjoy beautiful walks and make the most of our stay. The free bottled water provided in the room was a nice touch too.

1st stay (24-26 June) booked online at reasonable price. 2nd stay 50% more expensive when calling same day as stay and reserve a room (30 June). Very disappointing. Also - parking fee for MC introduced since I stayed at Prodomo. Altogether the cost increase will make me investigate better quality hotel prices more detailed next time.

We arrived late at night and left early the next day so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The hotel was easy to get to and had good parking. The breakfast was nice.

The room at Hotel am Fjord was cozy and comfortable, with a satellite TV and a work desk. It had a homely feel, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The free WiFi made it easy to stay connected and share our travel adventures with friends and family. Plus, having a private bathroom was a convenient bonus.

Personally, I found the view from our room a bit disappointing. It overlooked the city, rather than the beautiful garden.

Nice room, little but very practical. Good breakfast and the breakfast room / lounge is very nice, architecture is in the spirit of 1940´s functionalism.
